You can use this form to make a complaint, request a service from us or just ask for information

The information you provide in the registering of your complaint is regarded as privileged information. This means that only people directly involved in investigating and responding to your complaint have access to the information. By completing this form you are consenting to the information being held in our Complaints database for the length of time required to resolve your complaint.

A final response can be expected within 28 days of receipt of your initial complaint.

If your complaint is complex, more time may be needed to do a thorough investigation. We will inform you if this is the case.
