Healthier Communities Board

The Healthier Communities Board co-ordinates strategic partnership arrangements for the delivery of health and social care in North East Lincolnshire.  The Board also establishes joint arrangements for the commissioning and delivery of specified health and social care services in the area. The Board is made up of senior representatives from North East Lincolnshire Council, the North East Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust, the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust and Shoreline Housing Partnership.
