Havelok Housing Association

Havelok Housing Association manages more than 1700 properties of various types.  Most properties are in North East Lincolnshire though there are also properties in North Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire, Hull, Barton, East and West Lindsey.

Havelok have specific schemes for mature people including sheltered and community alarm schemes.  There is also general accommodation for families, single people and couples.  The association manages Care Homes, Supported Housing schemes and emergency accommodation for people who are homeless.
