Shoreline Housing Partnership

Shoreline Housing Partnership is the largest housing provider in North East Lincolnshire, following transfer of ownership of approximately 8,500 accommodation units from the council in March 2005.

Found principally in the main centres of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Immingham, Shoreline has a wide range of housing, including

• 1, 2, and 3 bed low-rise and high-rise flats
• 2 and 3 bed maisonettes
• limited number of independent bungalows
• 28 sheltered schemes for over 60's comprising studio apartments, flats and bungalows
