ContactPoint Pre-Launch Questionnaire
Following on from the Workforce Analysis the next step in the process is for the Local Implementation Team to identify individual users of ContactPoint and to gauge the perceived benefits that ContactPoint may provide to your service
The DCSF has designed a Survey (attached below) to assist us in taking this next step in the process. The Survey is to be distributed amongst those individuals who were named as "registered users" in the Workforce Analysis. If you need individual feedback with regards to the Workforce Analysis of your Service then please do not hesitate to contact The ContactPoint Implementation Team on the details below.
If you feel that your service would benefit from a ContactPoint presentation then contact us and this can be arranged, the survey would usually form part of this presentation as an activity.
