North East Lincolnshire Council Employee Benefits

Minimum of 23 days per year plus 8 Bank Holidays - this increases with length of service.

Local Government Pension Scheme

All employees are entitled to join this scheme which is currently based on final salary. 
Employee contributions to the scheme range from 5.5% to 7.5% dependant on the level of earnings.

Childcare Vouchers
