National Graduate development Programme
North East Lincolnshire
Council is currently participating in the National Graduate
Development Programme which is led by the Employers Organisation
for Local Government. The programme
has been running successfully since its launch in March
2002. The programme allows local
authorities to access high quality graduate candidates, who have
the potential to develop into Senior Managers within the next 10 to
15 years, to work on projects within the Council.
