North East Lincolnshire Council has changed the way it recruits to Administrative and clerical jobs.
Instead of placing individual adverts for vacancies, the Council has developed a database that contains a pool of suitable applicants who will be considered for these types of positions.
What sort of positions does the pool cover?
The pool covers a wide range of posts whose main responsibility is to provide a clerical or administrative support role.
The types of positions that this includes are:
- Administrative Assistant
- HR Assistant
- Administrative Officer
- Library Assistant
- Clerical Assistants
- Secretary
- Clerk / WP Operator
- Receptionists
- Data Clerk
- Project/Support Assistants
What salary levels are included?
The pool is used to recruit to any of the above positions that receive the following salaries:
- Pay Point 8 - £13,027
- Pay Point 11 - £14,587
- Pay Point 14 - £15,570
- Pay Point 17 - £16,663
