Employment Development Services

North East Lincolnshire Council's Employment Development Services offer a comprehensive facility that is designed to support people into employment. Detailed below is an outline of each programme currently on offer and should any further information be required, the contact details for each are also available.

The programmes we currently have available are:

• Apprenticeships - For Young People

Offering administration training for those aged between 16 and 24, encompassing Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships. There are no restrictions based on academic achievement as all learners have to undertake an assessment to determine their skills level. The basic literacy and numeracy assessment allows us to place you on the most appropriate programme - its very simple and nothing to worry about!

• E2E - Inspire

This programme is aimed at those aged 16 to 18 who having left school, feel they are not ready for further main stream learning or the workplace. It is designed to prepare and assist young people achieve employment through work tasters and placements and covers three main areas:

• Basic and key skills
• Personal and social development
• Vocational training
