This year Grimsby Jazz will once again be opening the festival weekend with its own event on Thursday 4 September. And North East Lincolnshire school-children may not realise how lucky they are when brilliant New Orleans trumpeter Abram Wilson (partly pictured left!) comes to town to host a series of jazz workshops, accompanied by ace bassist Gary Crosby, as part of the festival. |
