Grant Thorold Park
Please complete the greenstat questionnaire by clicking on the link above and let us know what you think of your parks.
Grant Thorold Park was given to the borough of Grimsby in 1911 by the Grant Thorold family. It was purpose built as a public park and sits in an urban setting and adjacent to a public library. The park has recently had 2 new children's play areas and a multi-use games area, all against a backdrop of mature trees. All this work was done in consultation with the group Friends of Grant Thorold Park.
Friends of Grant Thorold Park is involved with future plans for the area and if you would like more information about this group or take part in the future of the park, please contact Sue Pearson on 01472 325812 or e-mail sue.pearson@nelincs.gov.uk Should you require any more information or wish to report a fault or incident, please call 01472 324500 or e-mail customerrequests@nelincs.gov.uk.
