Parks and Open Spaces Survey
Tell us what you think and find out more information
of your parks by completing the
GreenSTAT survey.
North East Lincolnshire has over 60 Parks and Open Spaces,
ranging from small grass play areas, to a Country Park covering
over 150 acres.
All of these areas come under the management of the Parks and
Countryside Officer. However, there is also a team of experts
providing specialist back-up, such as the Trees and Woodlands and
the Ecology Officers. North East Lincolnshire
Council recognises the importance of biodiversity, so it is
vital that all these people are involved with the care of its Parks
and Open Spaces. Our strategy for our parks and open spaces is
called Living
Space.
Play is also important factor in today's lifestyle, so we offer
a wide range of activities at our parks, including 46 equipped play
areas:
Use the
interactive map to find out where some of our Parks and Open
Spaces are.
You can make enquiries about the sports facilities that we
provide in the parks by using our
electronic enquiry form!
