Barclays Space for Sport
Funding: Sustainable sports facilities will be created across the UK every year for 3 years. The facilities will range from multi use games areas to tennis courts, from bowling greens to skate board parks.
Funder: Barclays Space for Sport is a partnership between Barclays, the Football Foundation and Groundwork UK.
Aim: To create 21 larger flagship projects and local sites, Multi Sports facilities, sites eligible for additional funding to ensure sustainability and open to all kit scheme.
Who can apply: Open to all kit schemes - groups and teams with greatest need for kit scheme. Closed applications for facilities. Local sites identified by Groundwork UK and sub-delivery partners.

Community Club Development Programme
Funding: Allocation for funding 2006 - 2008, Band A NGBs £4.75m and Band B NGBs £1.875 over 2 years. Plus 2 million multi sport environment allocation against which all NGBs can bid. All capital funding. Please speak to relevant governing body for more details.
Funder: The Community Club Development Programme is an innovative collaboration between government - the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, Sport England and 16 national governing bodies.
Aim: The overall aims of this investment programme are; to assist in creating a sustainable and financially viable sports club infrastructure in England that links with schools, provides appropriate support and pathways for identifying and developing talented individuals and meets the needs of local communities, to increase club membership levels among young people and to support the development of quality assured 'junior' sections of clubs and to increase club membership among women, black and other ethnic groups and people with disabilities.

The process of club selection is the responsibility of the NGBs. Working with viable sports club infrastructure in England that links with schools, provides appropriate support and pathways for identifying and developing talented individuals and meets the needs of local communities.

Football Foundation
Funding: Grants ranging from £100 to £1m.
Funder: The Football Foundation
Aim:
The trust provides financial help for football at all levels, from national stadia and FA Premier League clubs down to grass-roots development. The foundation has many grant schemes.
Who can apply?
Clubs & Schools are eligible to apply. Clubs can apply for a boys and girls team at once if they have not applied before, or clubs can apply for a boy's team if they have previously applied for a girl's team or vice-versa.
