Tourist Information Centre
The Tourist Information Centre is situated on Alexandra Road in Cleethorpes.
The Centre provides a welcoming environment in which to browse through our extensive regional and national holiday information service. Our professionally trained assistants are on hand to provide expert advice on all aspects of the tourism experience. You can also choose from brochures and leaflets for activities and events that are taking place locally.
The Tourist Information Centre offers many services which are only available to personal callers to the Tourist Information Centre, these are detailed below;
Ticketmaster
Book your national concert, theatre and sporting event tickets here. This service is only offered on a face to face basis.
Grimsby Auditorium
The Tourist Information is an agent for the Auditorium, we can book all the local and national shows. Please be aware there is a 10% booking fee on tickets bought from us.
Humber Bridge Tickets
We sell the class 2 tickets for cars, at £48.60 a book. Please be aware if paying by a card, we do charge an extra 75p per transaction. Payment by cash or cheque do not incur a charge.
National Express and Amvale
The Tourist Information is an agent for National Express and can book National and Euroline coach tickets. We also book Amvale day trips.

Bed Bookings
The Tourist Information can arrange bed bookings both locally and nationally with serviced accommodation only. Please note this can only be arranged 24 hours in advance.
Permits
Fishing, Metal Detector and Bait Digging permits can be purchased through the Tourist Information. All that is required is two passport sized photographs for all of the permits. (Please be aware that to qualify for a bait digging permit, you must be a resident of North East Lincolnshire, and proof of residency will be required).
