National Curriculum

OFSTED (The Office for Standards in Education)
The latest OFSTED reports for all the nurseries and schools in the North East Lincolnshire area, plus the LEA Inspection Report, are available at http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/.

Education Welfare Service
The Council's Education Welfare Service deals with school attendance problems, but can also offer advice and support on children's employment. Go to /education/educationwelfareservice for more information.

School Governors

Special Educational Needs
North East Lincolnshire Council is committed to supporting pupils with special educational needs and their families, and aims for inclusion as much as is possible and suitable for the individual student. Their website at /education/specialeducationneeds/sen-index.htm offers advice, useful information for parents and copies of the policies and guidelines that the Council works to.

Bullying
Childline's website at http://www.childline.org.uk/Bullying.asp has some excellent information on how to cope with bullying for both pupils and their parents, including online role-play games.
