North East Lincolnshire Council, housing developers and associations will have a stall behind House of Fraser with information about low cost home ownership schemes to assist first time buyers.
Seven developers received government funding for the FirstBuy equity loan scheme and have new build homes on sites across North East Lincolnshire. Three of these housing developers will be taking part in the event; Cyden Homes, Linden Homes, Peter Ward Homes.
Housing associations will also be available for advice regarding new low cost home ownership properties in various sites across North East Lincolnshire. Acis currently have rent-to-buy property on a new development on Frederick Street Grimsby and Shoreline Housing Partnership has shared ownership on the Freshney Green development. Longhurst & Havelock will also be attending the event.
