Free event takes place on Thursday, February 2
North and North East Lincolnshire Councils are holding a free event for private sector landlords at the Innovation Centre, Europarc, Grimsby, on Thursday, February 2.
Landlords can come along between 4pm and 8pm to talk to council departments and other agencies about a wide range of housing related subjects. These include housing benefit, fire regulations, empty homes loans and tenant support along with many others.
There will also be presentations from HMRC on what you need to operate your business and information on the Housing Health & Safety Rating System.
