Free storytime sessions and free books!
CHILDREN can enjoy parties, free books and story time sessions at North East Lincolnshire libraries this week during National Bookstart Week (Monday, June 11 to Friday, June 15).
Bookstart is twenty years old this year and to celebrate each child who attends a session will receive a copy of the free book ‘Busy Bear's Party’.
The free story time sessions are called Little Readers and are for pre-schoolers and their parents or carers at libraries. Children can play games, enjoy craft activities and listen to stories.
The times for the sessions are as follows.

Taking place a week after National Bookstart week is the Little Readers group at Jumberston Library on Tuesday, June 19 from 9:30am to 11am. Humberston Library, Church Lane, Humberston, DN36 4HZ.
Bookstart is a national scheme that offers the free gift of books to pre-schoolers through health visitors, early year's settings, children's centres and libraries.
