Notice of proposed prohibition of street trading

NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to pass a resolution to designate the following streets as “Prohibited Streets” for Street Trading:-

Pegasus Way, Innovation Way, Genesis Way, and Lakeside Parkway at Europarc, Grimsby.

The effect of this resolution will be that Street Trading shall be prohibited, and it shall be an offence to engage in Street Trading, within any of the “Prohibited Streets”.
