Consultation draft Local Plan

Planning decisions affect where we live, work, play and how we travel.

A Local Plan should be based on a robust and proportionate evidence base.

The following documents informed the preparation of the consultation draft Local Plan (2015):

Consultation on the consultation draft local plan (2015) took place between 2 February to 13 March 2015.

We will work to collate and process the comments we receive and make these available to you to view on our consultation portal as quickly as we possibly can on their receipt.

Following the consultation period we will consider all the comments we received as we work to prepare a revised local plan document for future public consultation.

Within the consultation draft plan (2015) we identified one or two areas where we considered more work is needed. This work will be progressed and may include additional consultation.

We anticipate the revised local plan will be ready for consultation towards the end of 2015.
