Humberston Fitties Chalet Park consists of over 300 chalets held on leases from the council.
The park is open from March 1st to December 31st each year, and during January and February - known as the closed season - the park is only open between 9.30am and 4.00pm daily.
The area was declared a conservation area in 1996 following requests from the tenants.
