Welcome to the webpages of the Immingham Motorcycle Project (IMP).
IMP is an off road motorcycle training track open to anyone aged 5 years and over.
IMP offers motorcycle coaching and bike hire to anyone and everyone. The project was originally set up as a result of complaints about young people riding their motorbikes illegally around residential areas. However, since opening the track has become much more than just an outlet for reducing anti-social behaviour.
The project offers the local community (and beyond) an area where motorcycles/ quad bikes can be ridden legally and under supervision. IMP provides motorcycles, safety equipment and qualified coaches to enable its members to ride in a safe and enjoyable environment. We work in conjunction with the Local Authority, including Schools, Police and of course the local community, and are open to members who wish to ride their own motorbikes, or wish to hire ours.
Where are we?
A180 East Bound: Take the Immingham/Stallingborough exit, bear left off the junction (1st exit). At the roundabout take the first exit onto A1173. We are on the left just before the next roundabout that continues into Immingham.
A180 West Bound: Take the Immingham/Stallingborough exit, go right off the junction (2nd exit). At the roundabout take the first exit onto A1173. We are just before the next roundabout that continues into Immingham.
