We look after our hair, our skin and our joints, but what about our emotional well being? The state of our emotional well being affects our whole body, how we look, how we feel and how we interact with others. Young people are particularly vulnerable as they are still developing the resilience and emotional life skills needed to deal with the pressures of day to day living.
Hands on Scotland are able to provide information on issues that may affect children and young people, their parents and carers, and anyone providing a service to them.
Attached are some leaflets that you may find useful.
If you would like help regarding any of the issues on these webpages, you should talk to an adult/parent or carer that you trust, or your teacher, school nurse, doctor, social worker or youth worker.
