Help for people at risk of becoming homeless
- The Home Sanctuary Scheme - This scheme has been developed in response to a need that enables victims and their children to remain in their own home where they are victims of Domestic Abuse.
- Mediation Services - We mediate between landlords and tenants, Parents and children, housing benefit and landlords to assist in resolving disputes. In some cases we may refer you to the national mediation service if we need help to resolve the problem.
- Money Problems - Have you got rent/mortgage arrears? Are you struggling to find a deposit for a property? Do you need assistance with removals? We may be able to help.
- Legal Advice - We offer free legal advice with regard to all aspects of housing issues that may result in homelessness, like illegal eviction or harassment. We also have access to other agencies that can offer more specific advice on other matters free of charge.
