You will need some signposts to find your way through the 2,500 metres of archives in Grimsby Town Hall!

We care for more than 11,000 boxes of archives. They relate to many organisations and people. Our guides, catalogues and indexes will help you decide which information will help to answer your questions.

Since 2005 we have added more than 40,000 entries to our online archive catalogue. But that's only about 5% of our catalogues. So there's a lot still waiting on paper. (You can read them in the Searchroom).
