How do I join the Library?
Anyone wanting to join the library may do so by coming into any NELC Library and speaking with a member of staff. You must remember to bring some form of ID with you containing your name and date of birth.
If a child wishes to join, those over the age of 9 years can do so without adult permission, so long as they have some form of proof of name. If they wish to use the computers then adult permission will be needed. Anyone aged 8 years and under will need a parent with them.
