The online catalogue will only be intermittently available. Any charges incurred because you are unable to renew items due to the service being off-line, will be waived.
Accessing your Library Account / Renewing Items / Reserving Items
To access your Library Account you will need your Library Card and your PIN Number. If you don't have your PIN Number please visit your local library in person and a member of staff will be able to give you your unique PIN Number.
Once you have your library card and PIN Number you will be able to access your Library Account to Renew and Reserve Library items. Hull Library Service items cannot be reserved on-line with a North East Lincolnshire Library card. Overdue items cannot be renewed on-line.
Reservations of items will incur a 35p charge per item reserved.
Please note: to meet Data Protection requirements we regret that PIN Numbers cannot be given out over the telephone or via email.
