Artlandish is a popular and respected Community Arts Group, that provides socially inclusive visual art and craft programmes in the wider communities throughout North East Lincolnshire.
Established as a registered charity in 1996 and annually funded by the Arts Council, Artlandish is now a popular element of the local Creative Industries and Social Economy.
Artlandish offers a diverse range of creative sessions, arty parties, community festivals, activities and events created and delivered by our team of professional and practising artists. The activities are designed to appeal to all ages from 5 years to 99 years of age!
Our artists have a vast knowledge and experience in working in all mediums, and regularly provide ideas, concepts, designs, materials and advice in the delivery of sessions that are tailored to individual and group needs.
The sessions are enjoyable and fun whilst building self-esteem, self worth and self-expression. Participants learn, share and explore art techniques in an environment that is inspirational, thought provoking and memorable.
Local residents and visitors to Artlandish will be able to explore the ground floor community gallery and the first floor exhibition area where local and regional artists and art organisations will be exhibiting their art works throughout the year. Bespoke handcrafted pieces of artwork by Artlandish artists are available for sale in a variety of mediums that include ceramics, card, textiles and metalwork in the Merchandising area and Art Gallery. Any profit from the sales is reinvested back into the local community through our core work in supporting community groups and young children activities throughout North East Lincolnshire.
