Community involvement and engagement is not a new phenomenon for North East Lincolnshire, in fact we can draw upon a long history of working with local people to make things better in our borough. Whether it be around Policing issues, the work of Elected Members or issues raised atParish Councils, through to the work undertaken by Voluntary Sector organisations or via local Neighbourhood meetings, there has always been a spirit of working together for the better good.
Neighbourhood Development builds on the existing foundations laid down and aims to develop a sustainable, meaningful and flexible way of working with our local communities that makes a real difference to people’s quality of life across the borough.
