Grants for 2012
North East Lincolnshire Council made £25,000 available for Community Groups/Clubs/Charitable organisations in North East Lincolnshire. Projects had to improve the area’s perception and promote interest in the London 2012 Olympic Games, which it is hoped will lead to leaving a legacy of activities long into the future and which will possibly lead to healthier lifestyles to the citizens of North East Lincolnshire.
In particular, it will contribute to delivering the Council’s strategic aim of ‘Improving the health and well-being of all’ by engaging our community to work together to help ‘provide a high quality form of exercise that is fun for all’.
Grants up to £1000 were available now for projects/groups meeting this aim.

General Grants for 2011
Available for between £5,000 and £10,000 per annum. You may apply for a grant to cover a single year or for a longer period of up to 3 years. However, there is no guarantee of funding beyond the first year as this will be subject to confirmation of budgets available to support this policy. You should, therefore, take account of this within your forward/exit strategy.
