Neighbourhood Development Board Meetings
A Neighbourhood Development Board which meets on a monthly basis has been established to ensure that the work across the 15 wards is joined up. The Board sets the strategic direction which takes into account the views and aspirations of local people. The Board has recently written a Neighbourhood Management Development Plan which sets out the vision and actions to be undertaken for the 2011-2012 period.
The Neighbourhood Development Board links into the North East Lincolnshire Strategic Partnership which is responsible for delivering and developing the Sustainable Community Strategy.

Forum of Forums Meetings
Representatives of the established Neighbourhood Forums come together on a monthly basis at the Forum of Forums meeting. This is an opportunity for the Forums to work collaboratively together, share experiences and best practice and mutually support one another. Agency representatives are regularly invited to attend around any matters of interest raised. The chair of the Forum of Forums also attends the Neighbourhood Development Board meetings.

Town & Parish Council Liaison Committee Meetings
Representatives of the Town and Parish Councils also come together on a regular basis at the Town and Parish Council Liaison Committee. This is an opportunity for the Town and Parish Councils to discuss issues of common interest; share experiences and best practice and mutually support one another. Agency representatives are regularly invited to attend around any matters of interest. A representative from the Town and Parish Council Liaison Committee also attends the Neighbourhood Development Board.
