Find out how much applying for Planning Permission will cost you.

You will have to pay a fee to apply for planning permission (unless you are entitled to an exemption or concessionary fee). The fee is payable at the time you submit your application to us and your application cannot be validated until we have received the correct fee.

Planning application fees are set nationally and cannot be amended by ourselves. You can download the latest list of fees using the link on the right - "Planning Portal - What it costs".

If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to "North East Lincolnshire Council" and post it along with your application to the address given in the contact details on the right of this page.

Please do not send cash through the post as we cannot accept this method of payment.

Alternatively, you can hand your application in at the following Customer Access Points,

Civic Offices, Cleethorpes

Municipal Offices, Grimsby

1-3 Kennedy Way, Immingham

If you have submitted your application via the Planning Portal you can also pay using WorldPay on their website. The Planning Portal website provides a fee calculator to help you determine how much you need to pay which you may find useful.
