Who are SENSS?
SENSS is a team of specialist teachers and support staff. We aim to make a difference to the progress of children and young people (CYP) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We work with parents, schools, and other professionals to support children and young people.
How can SENSS help my child?
We help children with special educational needs to enjoy learning and achieve success. We work as part of a team with your child’s teacher and school. We can work with you and give you ideas to help your child learn at home.
How can I get help for my child from SENSS?
If you think your child needs help at school, first speak to their teacher, form tutor or Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). You can discuss your concerns with them. They will advise you on the way forward.
