This brochure provides a shop window to our work, which gives information to help you identify available services. It shows you how we assess an individual's needs and thus identify appropriate services. Also included in this brochure is an up to date list of all registered private and voluntary homes. This is useful to anyone having to make important decisions on future care for themselves or their loved ones. The Council provides information to encourage you in making choices. If you need more help or information about the services described in this brochure please contact the appropriate office as outlined in the 'How to Contact Us' section.
We hope that you will use this brochure to inform yourself of the services we provide. We want the quality of the services you receive and your experience to be excellent. Whether you feel it is good or not, we would like you to tell us so that we can work to improve services. We would also welcome feedback on how useful you have found this guide.
