Early Years and Child Care Strategic Plan 2006-2008 - This plan details the planned future development of early years education and childcare within North East Lincolnshire up until March 2008 and shows how North East Lincolnshire Council's Early Years and Childcare department will help to achieve the Sure Start vision for all children living within the authority.

Community-based Interventions to Reduce Substance Misuse Among Vulnerable and Disadvantaged Children and Young People (NHS National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence March 2007)  - The NICE guidance on community-based interventions to reduce substance misuse among vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people calls for anyone who works with young people to identify those who are vulnerable to drug problems and intervene at the earliest opportunity.
