Children's Fund - The Children's Fund supports early intervention to help vulnerable children between the ages of five and thirteen who are disadvantaged through poverty and social exclusion. It is intended to increase and better co-ordinate prevention services to enable them and their families to overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
Connexions Humber - Connexions is a support service for all young people aged 13 to 19 in England. Our aim is to provide integrated advice, guidance and access to personal development opportunities for young people to help them make a smooth transition to adulthood and working life.
Early Years Development and Child Care Partnership - The Early Years and Childcare department attempts to integrate early education provisions with registered childcare and with other children's services wherever possible in order to provide children with the best possible start in life and to extend the training and employment opportunities of parents and carers. The Early Years and Childcare department therefore plays a vital role in tackling child poverty and assisting community regeneration in North East Lincolnshire.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service - The Fire and Rescue Service is evolving to improve public safety and meet the ever-changing demands of the 21st century. The primary aim is the prevention of fires and other emergencies, by educating and informing about safety in the home, at work and other places.
Humberside Police - Humberside Police take pride in providing a high quality service to you regardless of why or how you have contact with them. They are committed to providing a service that responds professionally and appropriately to your particular needs.
Learning and Skills Council - The Learning and Skills Council is responsible for funding and planning education and training (apart from higher education ) for 6 million people aged 16 and over in England.

- Children's Services - Children's Services work hard to make North East Lincolnshire a place where people can live, learn and work in a clean, safe and healthy environment. We want to plan better outcomes for children and be known as a place where individuals and families can thrive and enjoy their lives.
- Care Trust Plus - North East Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust (PCT) and North East Lincolnshire Council have a long history of working together for the benefit of the people of North East Lincolnshire. We believe however that we could make an even greater difference by bringing together all the community health service and adult social care services into a new single organisation which will be known as a Care Trust 'Plus'.
- Corporate services - This is a corporate resource that is helping to shape and support all procurement activities within the Authority and its schools.
- Environmental Services - North East Lincolnshire Council has a lot of influence on and over the environment. Through the principles of sustainability development, the Council provides many services that have an effect on our well-being.
- HR and Organisational Development Services - The needs of our citizens cannot be met solely by the Council's services. There are many agencies, both locally and nationally, which contribute services. Hence, we must find ways of collaborating with those agencies in a 'joined up' manner to enable our citizens to meet their needs without having to search several sources for basic information.
- Primary Care Trust - The Primary Care Trust is responsible for the NHS budget for the 164,000 people registered with local GPs. On behalf of the residents of North East Lincolnshire, they fund the NHS services provided by your local hospital in Grimsby.
- Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire - Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) develops, promotes, informs and supports the local voluntary, not-for-profit and charitable sector.
NHS Foundation Trust - Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospital NHS Trust offers comprehensive services from two hospitals in Grimsby and Scunthorpe.
Public Health - Public Health's Mission is to help improve the health and well-being of the people of North East Lincolnshire.
Shoreline - Shoreline Housing Partnership is a registered social landlord which manages 8,200 homes in North East Lincolnshire. Shoreline Housing is registered with the Housing Corporation, Government's regulator of social landlords, which ensures they keep their promises to tenants and that they meet strict performance standards.
