Concessionary Fares Scheme

The scheme provides concessionary fares for elderly people and people with disabilities on buses and trains across North East Lincolnshire.

Please note that this scheme only applies to residents of North East Lincolnshire, people living outside of the authority border should refer to their own local authority scheme.

Do I qualify?

Yes, if you are:

• Aged 60 or more,
• OR medically unfit to drive,
• OR in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), higher rate mobility element,
• OR in receipt of War Pensioner's mobility supplement,
• OR registered with North East Lincolnshire Community Care as physically or mentally handicapped, learning disabled, partially sighted, blind or limbless,
• OR in receipt of Community Based Mental Health Services
• AND a resident of North East Lincolnshire.

What do I do if I lose my Travel Pass?

You will need to apply for a new pass as outlined above but please be aware that a £5.00 charged is levied for passes lost or stolen.
