Public Transport in North East Lincolnshire from 1990 to Present
Back to 1970-1990
- 1993 On the 18th November, Grimsby Cleethorpes Transport sold to Stagecoach Holdings. The name is changed to Stagecoach Grimsby-Cleethorpes.

- 1994 The 909 service begins operating to Doncaster, later extended to Meadowhall and Sheffield.
- 1995 Victoria Street Depot office block demolished to make room for additional parking.
- 1996 The Dial a Ride charity minibus service started.
- 1996 The 'bendy bus' is introduced on the 909 service.

- 1998 The Megarider ticket is introduced providing unlimited travel throughout the system for one week, in return for a single payment. These can be purchased on the bus.
- 1998 The first 'Lowrider' bus is introduced on the 12 route.
- 1998 The first bus lane is introduced on Scartho Road and Bargate as part of a Bus Quality Partnership between North East Lincolnshire Council and Stagecoach.
- 1999 The first low floor double decker bus is introduced.
- 2001 The blue, orange, red and white striped livery is introduced.
- 2001 The half fare concessionary fare scheme is introduced.
- 2003 The 909 service is replaced by the X1 'Humber Flyer'.
- 2004 The 'Interconnect 3' Lincoln to Grimsby route is introduced.

- 2005 The Phone 'n' Ride service is introduced.

- 2005 14th December, Stagecoach purchased Yorkshire Traction, which included Lincolnshire RoadCar, for £26m.
- 2006 Free Concessionary fare scheme introduced.
- 2006 The 'Interconnect 51' Louth to Grimsby service is introduced.

- 2006 The LoZone 10 minute frequency service introduced

- 2007 The 'Costal Cruiser' open top Cleethorpes sea front sevice is introduced.
