Road Safety and Highway Enforcement
Detailed within this section are a number of procedural statements on how certain issues will be pursued by the Highways Enforcement Section of the Local Authority. These provide a framework within which the Council will operate and provide a guide for interested parties to understand the operation of the Section.
Whilst these provide guidance they should not be considered to be prescriptive and may be adapted in the light of individual circumstances.
