NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

Forty One Bar Ltd

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises (formerly*) known as:

Bar Forty One

which are situated at:

41-43 Sea View Street, Cleethorpes, DN35 8EU

The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: (Please specify any adult entertainment or services, activities or other types of entertainment)

Supply of Alcohol (On and Off the Premises) /

Recorded Music / Late Night Refreshment

Sunday to Thursday 1200 until 2300 hours

Friday and Saturday 1200 until 0000 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 4 May 2022

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
