APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as:
Temporary Showbar (Located next to Holiday Park Reception building)
which are situated at:
Thorpe Park, Humberston, DN35 0PW (please use DN36 4GG or DN36 4EX if submitting an objection)
The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows:
Supply of Alcohol (ON and OFF the Premises), Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Entertainment of a Like Kind (all Regulated Entertainment will be Outdoors)
Monday to Sunday 0900 until 2200 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by: 16th February 2023
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
