APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

Willow Lakes (Ashby Hill Top Farm) Limited

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises (formerly*) known as:

Land Mark Café & Restaurant

which are situated at:

Willow Lakes, Ashby Hill Top Farm, Barton Street,

Ashby Cum Fenby, North East Lincolnshire, DN37 0RU

The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: (Please specify any adult entertainment or services, activities or other types of entertainment)

Supply of Alcohol (On and Off the Premises)

Monday to Sunday 0800 until 2300 hours

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 21st June 2022.


It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
