APPLICATION FOR MINOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Minor Variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of premises known as:
Blonde Toast (previously known as Calcutta Street Kitchen)
which are situated at:
17 Seaview Street, Cleethorpes, DN35 8EU
The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows:
Remove the Condition – “The supply of alcohol at the premises shall only be to a person seated taking a table meal there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to their meal or with a takeaway meal or meal ordered for delivery”

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 6 February 2023.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
