NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by:

to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as:

The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows:           

• Remove, Amend and Add Conditions
• Update Premises Floor Plan Following Alterations and to Include Outside Area

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 19 June 2023

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
