Help to Claim

From 1 April 2019 Citizens Advice will offer a new help to claim service, it will give claimants the tailored and practical support they need for doing a universal credit claim up to their first full correct payment.  The service will be available online, over the phone and face to face through our local Citizens Advice Services.
