Information Governance Framework
Our Information Governance framework sets out the way we handle information, in particular the personal and sensitive data we hold about our customers and employees.
The framework defines how we collect and store data, specifies how the data is used, when it can be shared and provides guidance to ensure personal information is processed legally, securely, efficiently and effectively.
