Alternatively you can email civic.office@nelincs.gov.uk or telephone 01472 324101. Please note: where possible, please give 14 days notice of the event. If you are requesting the Mayor to attend you are required to complete a booking form to offer as much information as possible about your event. By completing the form you are requesting attendance, it is not confirmation of your booking. You will receive confirmation via email.

If the Mayor is unable to attend your event, they may request the Deputy Mayor to represent. You will be informed of this at confirmation stage. Once the booking is confirmed, if there are any changes to the event or requirements, it is important that you let us know.
