If you would like the Mayor to attend an event please complete our Invite the Mayor to attend an event form.

Where possible please give 14 days notice of the event. By completing the form you are requesting attendance, it is not confirmation of your booking. You will receive confirmation via email.

If the Mayor is unable to attend your event, they may request the Deputy Mayor to represent. You will be informed of this at confirmation stage. Once the booking is confirmed, if there are any changes to the event or requirements, it is important that you let us know.
