Cleethorpes Boating Lake toilets
North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to dispose of the property known as the Boating Lake Toilets by way of a new lease. The information and draft heads of terms that would form the basis of this can be accessed below.
Please note that the Council are open to offers from charity or community groups. If this applies, within the submission please provide details of the social, economic and environmental benefits of your offer and how this would be translated in to a monetary value, if applicable.
The Council is not obliged to accept the highest or any offer. Any offer is also subject to formal Council approval. Please note that the use may require planning permission and this would be at the applicants own cost.
Interested parties should submit the expression of interest form and return to the Estates and Valuation Team. The property will be advertised for interest until either an offer has been accepted, or the Council chooses to withdraw.
