Humberston Fitties – Disposal Update, Electrical Maintenance and Water Meter Exchange (PDF)

I am pleased to advise the water leak at The Fitties has been repaired.

As previously advised there is a meter that Anglian Water need to replace on 25th September (awaiting confirmation). We would hope that the disruption to the supply will be kept to a minimum.

Please contact the Estates and Valuation Team if you have any questions by email valuation@nelincs.gov.uk or call 01472 326289;
option 3 then 4.

Humberston Fitties Chalet Park consists of over 300 chalets held on leases from the council. The area was declared a conservation area in 1996 following requests from the tenants.

The park is open from March 1st to December 31st each year, and during January and February – known as the closed season – the park is only open between 9.30am and 4.00pm daily. The Humberston Fitties has been designated as a holiday chalet park and therefore it is not open for the whole year. However, in the closed season (January and February) owners can visit their chalets between 9.30am and 4.00pm to carry out maintenance work.
