Design North East Lincolnshire places and spaces renaissance 2008

The Design North East Lincolnshire places and spaces renaissance (2008) document also known as the Urban Design Framework and Urban Realm Strategy (UDF/URS) sets out the Council’s desire to improve the quality of the urban realm and urban design throughout the Borough.

Following its adoption by Cabinet (18 February 2008) and Full Council (17 April 2008) the document is a material consideration in planning decisions and forms part of the background information for the preparation of the new Local Plan for North East Lincolnshire.
